At MobParts, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, our Refund & Return Policy outlines the process for returns, exchanges, and refunds.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or refund if:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product is unopened and unused, and you wish to return it within 14 days of delivery (some exceptions apply to customized items).

Note: Certain products, such as batteries, chargers, or opened accessories, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.


2. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please:

  1. Contact us at info@mobparts.store with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product.
  3. Do not ship the item back without our authorization, as unauthorized returns may be refused.

3. Return Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

4. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us with your order details.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Shipping charges for exchanges may apply unless the exchange is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item or defective product).

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Report it to info@mobparts.store within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  • We will offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

6. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after the return is approved.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional 3–5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Opened batteries, chargers, and cables
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Clearance or heavily discounted items
